The 2 identical apartments (ground floor &first floor) have 2 bedrooms , hall,living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with oven, full size domestic refrigerator with deep-freeze, microwave,kettle,coffee percolator,toaster, utensils & dishes.Washing machine included in bathrooms. There is are large shaded balconies with table and chairs on both floors.

Zefyros ground floor apartment.

The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, hall,living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with oven, full size domestic refrigerator with deep-freeze, microwave,kettle,coffee percolator,toaster, utensils & dishes.Washing machine included in bathroom. There is a large shaded balcony with table and chairs on both.

Our guests have access to free unlimited Wi-Fi so you can keep in touch with business and home.
The living room ,that has a sofa/bed that can sleep another 2 guests, is equipped with Flat screen TV and satellite receiver that covers most European countries/channels vast selection of movies and sports !
Bedrooms are air-conditioned that makes sleeping a dream during the Hot summer period ,although the apartment is well ventilated and relatively cool during the summer!
Central heating is also available for the winter months (Ground floor) as the flat is available all year round (this comes at additional cost for heating oil ,volume/metric charge) .
Supermarkets,pharmacies ,bakery, restaurants,bars all within 5-10 minutes walking distance!
Private free parking and ample public parking is available.

On Fridays and weekends at night they are transformed into clubs with guest DJ's and live music for the party animals!
